What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each yacht rental comes with a certified crew, all required safety equipment, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Depending on the type of service — for example, sunset tours offer a range of beverages and light snacks, while business charters provide facilities for meetings and tailored catering.
How much time in advance do I need to reserve?
For best availability, we suggest making your reservation at least 2–3 weeks prior, and during high season (May–September) even sooner. For business gatherings or private functions, aim to book between 4–6 weeks ahead to secure availability and to allow for bespoke arrangements.
What is the procedure for bad weather conditions?
Our foremost concern is safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions present a danger, we will suggest an alternative date for your charter or provide a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are constantly monitored, and we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance if the weather seems to be turning adverse.
Is it permissible to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also boast excellent catering options and can tailor food assortments to your taste. Note that for safety measures, anything contained in glass is not allowed on board.
Is there yacht accessibility for guests with physical challenges?
We make every effort to cater to all guests. Our fleet includes yachts with a variety of accessibility features; reach out to us at the time of booking to discuss specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most accommodating yacht and make any essential arrangements for you.
What are your terms for cancellations?
Canceling 72 hours or more before departure entitles you to a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the charter are typically non-refundable, except in case of unsafe weather or a mechanical issue from our side.
