2. Service Overview

At NeutralGatewayCenter, we offer a range of luxury yacht charter services including:

• Day-long yacht hire
• Evening cruises
• Business excursions

• Extended yachting experiences

We may change or halt our services depending on availability and climate conditions.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation:

• Minimum age requirement is 18
• Provide valid and full details
• Pay the specified deposit outlined in your booking agreement
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A charter is secured only with the payment and our official acknowledgment. We hold authority to decline service as per our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services depend on boat availability and appropriate climate. We will strive to fulfill your scheduling preferences.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and taxes are included unless otherwise noted. Prices may be subject to alteration without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee required upon reservation
• Full Payment: Due 48 hours prior to charter commencement
• Any extra fees: Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept primary credit cards, electronic transfers, and bank-certified checks. We ensure secure enciphered payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• With over 72 hours before departure: Complete refund except for processing charges
• From 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Under 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain assesses weather conditions as dangerous, we will:

• Reschedule to an alternative date without extra charges
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If your assigned vessel encounters mechanical issues, we will aim to supply a comparable alternative or issue a complete refund if that is not possible.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are required to:

• Adhere to all instructions from the crew
• Utilize safety gear when it's declared necessary
• Disclose any medical conditions that could influence their safety
• Stay within authorized areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed onboard:

• Containers made of glass
• Illegal items
• Guns or dangerous weapons
• Non-approved pets

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to act in a courteous way. We hold the right to terminate a charter without a refund if behavior of a passenger disrupts or poses danger to the voyage.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our financial responsibility is limited to the charges paid for your yacht rental. We are not liable for:

• Injuries caused by passengers’ negligence
• Loss or destruction of belongings
• Indirect or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or factors outside our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our yachts and operations are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. It's the responsibility of passengers to have personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You accept the inherent dangers of maritime activities by participating in the charter services and you take charge for securing your safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We may revise itineraries or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational demands. We will seek to offer a similar service in such events.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be accountable for interruption or modification of services caused by unforeseen events, including but not exclusive to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural catastrophes
• Regulatory enforcements
• Port limitations
• Vessel malfunction

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Handling of personal details adheres to our Privacy Policy. Service use implies agreement to personal data handling as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Site content, such as text, imagery, and trademarks are copyrighted material. Any replication or unauthorized use without formal consent is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are regulated by the laws in Germany. Legal proceedings should be held in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
